Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create a Growki account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and organization details.

WhatsApp conversation data. When you connect WhatsApp via the Growki Chrome extension, we collect the contacts, chats, and messages your extension syncs, so your team can view and respond to them in a shared inbox.

Data from connected integrations. If you connect a third-party service (such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, or a CRM), we access and exchange only the data needed to provide the integration you enabled.

Usage and technical data. We collect basic logs needed to operate the Service reliably and securely.

Growki's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Google Calendar or Google Sheets, Growki requests only the scopes needed for the feature you enable:

• Google Calendar (calendar.events): to create and manage calendar events you add from within Growki (for example, scheduling a follow-up or an event tied to a customer conversation).
• Google Sheets (spreadsheets): to write contact records to a spreadsheet you choose, so your data stays in sync.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law, and we do notuse it to train generalized AI/ML models. You can disconnect Google Calendar or Google Sheets at any time from the Integrations page, which revokes Growki's access.

We use your data to operate the Service: displaying your team inbox, running AI features (lead scoring, reply suggestions, and answering questions you ask about your own conversations and notes), keeping connected integrations in sync, processing billing, and improving reliability and security.

Some features send relevant conversation content to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate results — for example, a lead score or a set of suggested replies. This content is sent solely to produce the feature you requested and is not used to train models on our behalf.

We share data with a third-party service only when you explicitly connect that integration (for example, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, or a CRM). We share payment details with our payment processor, Razorpay, to process subscription payments — Growki does not store your full card or bank details directly. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (such as payment records) for legal or accounting purposes.

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, access controls, and hashed credentials — to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your organization's data from within Growki, or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or similar regional privacy legislation, and we will honor legitimate requests made under those laws.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
