You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Growki. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to use Growki lawfully and in compliance with WhatsApp's and Google's applicable terms and policies. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your contacts and to process their data through the Service.

You may not use Growki to send spam or unlawful content, to harass others, to infringe intellectual property, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Growki integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and Google Sheets. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growki is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
